part). I LOVED having my mother here to help me Christmas shop. It is such a treat to have an extra set of hands to manage Camden, the buggy and the gifts. More importantly, it is just a treat to simply shop with my mother. We don't get to do that enough! Camden was a bundle of fun this weekend and put on lots of shows for his Mama and Papa. He is changing so fast right now; it seems every day is something new. This evenings new trick was Camden's discovery that he could go forward from a sitting position to his knees. With the exception of the face plant that resulted every time he did so, he seemed to like this new move. Perhaps someone is working toward a crawl. We'll see.

innocently went to a movie with my father on Saturday and shortly thereafter had an allergic reaction to something. Our day of Christmas cheer quickly turned into a trip to the ER (where I can assure you there was no Christmas cheer). After an ivy, lots of meds and some hours later, we were on our way home. What a blessing we got to the hospital when we did and what a blessing my parents were in town to help with Camden (definitely didn't want to take him to the ER). Now we just have to figure out what the culprit was. Billy is feeling better and back to his sweet ol' self now . . . whew!
