Well, as you can tell, time to blog these days is almost non-existent. That said, I just had to find a few minutes to share a couple of Easter pics of our little growing guy. He will be 11 months old in 10 short days and is growing like a weed. I'll just give you a few snippets of what has been going on with him lately:- He has had ear infections since March 1 and we are on his 4th round of antibiotics.
- He goes to an Ear Nose and Throat specialist this week.
- He took hist first steps last week. He stood up, got excited and simply walked to his dad (about 5 steps). Hasn't done it since!
- He got his first pair of real shoes this weekend (Thanks Mama Lyons)!
They are too cute! - He isn't sleeping well at all. Could it be the persistent ear infections, the many-a-cutting teeth? I don't know, but we could use some sleep around here.
- He has 6 and is working on 8 teeth as we speak.
- He loves being outside!
- He was 25 lbs and 5 ozs a week ago.
- He is going on a long trip this weekend to Williamsburg, VA. We'll see how that goes. Travel has never been his thing.
- He is amazingly sweet, loving and cuddly.
- He still wants nothing to do with most solid foods (unless they are dry and crunchy such as Gerber Puffs or crackers).
- He could spend all day in the bath tub. Love the water!
- He loves to growl like a bear!
- He is trying to mimic everything we are saying (love you, Momma, Dadda, bye-bye, etc.)
- He is just the coolest!
That is a quick glimpse into our lives. We are so in love with our little guy! He keeps things very interesting in the Martin household.
